My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
All products sold by Koverio undergo damage control checks at the time of receipt from suppliers and packaging for delivery to the shipping company. There is no possibility of any product being shipped from our company in a damaged condition. However, due to their nature (fragile materials such as glass screen protectors, etc.), delicate products may be damaged during transport or due to damage from being dropped or handled during loading. In such a case, here's what you should do:
When your order is delivered by the courier, you must check the outer packaging for damage before accepting it and, if there is any damage, have a "Damage Assessment Report" prepared. Another point to pay attention to regarding the damage assessment report is the statements made by the courier. For example, a report stating, "There is no damage to the box. The product is damaged," will be interpreted as the product not being damaged during transport, which will create problems during the exchange process. Instruct the courier to prepare a report using complete and accurate wording for your damaged product.
