This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to ensure transparency in the processing of your personal data and to protect your personal data. In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), data subjects may exercise the following rights by applying to our Company:

  • To learn the purpose for which your personal data is processed and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose,
  • You can find out which third parties your personal data is transferred to, whether domestically or internationally.
  • You have the right to request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
  • You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist.
  • You have the right to request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of any corrections, deletions, or destructions.
  • The right to object to an outcome that is detrimental to oneself, resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
  • You have the right to claim compensation for any damages you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
